We also do data transfers and hard drive upgrades (IDE to SATA drives and existing to new hard drives) plus data backups and recovery.

We allocate a certain amount of time each day to  completing assessments.  Most assessments are completed within 24–48 hours. From there, depending on the issue and required parts, we can give you a time estimate.

We specialise in repairing, upgrading, and maintaining older / vintage PCs from DOS OS through to Windows 11. This includes software installation, virus removal, system maintenance and data backup / recovery services. We also buy working and non-working older / vintage PC units and components.

Yes, we offer site visits for hardware issues and troubleshooting software throughout Queensland.

We can assist with malware removal and data recovery from hard drives, USB flash drives and SD cards.  We also can do data transfers from old to new hard dives. 

We provide our services to individual users and businesses that rely on older PCs.

Pricing depends on the service required, but we offer transparent and affordable rates for all support. We charge a standard assessment fee plus travel fee (only for site visits) then provide you with a written quote regarding the solution.
